We work in business transformations and IT Service management for more than 10 years. During that time we’ve solved many complex issues, improved and simplified operations and also saved a some budgets. We also know that long list of existing tools used for service management and operations.

Meet our team

Jaroslav Procházka

Jaroslav has helped many businesses with their Agile and ITIL transformations in the past 15 years. He has gained experience in various roles from developer, product manager to mentor and agile coach.

Radim Petráš

Radim is experienced in leading and transforming large support teams. He led offshore service delivery teams, established Service Desk in India or unified service delivery process in big worldwide vendor.

Markéta Glatzová

Markéta was developing commercial products already during her university studies. She has 5+ years experience and is co-creating the solution and thinking about it from the customer perspective.

Our team is also complemented by great external experts from ITSM, ITIL and business transformation domain, as well as from product development, UX, design or testing domain.
